Wyoming Outlaw plot
"$10,000 REWARD! For the capture of Will Parker, the most desperate killer that ever rode the Western plains."
With himself and his father out of work, with Balsinger controlling the jobs, Will Parker steals cattle to feed his family. Friends try to help him, but he is caught and goes to jail. After escaping from prison, Balsinger embarks on a massive manhunt.
