A professor is looking for a hidden treasure in a long-lost city, Lukachukai. When the professor disappears abroad, his daughter mounts an expedition to find him, led by Stony Brooke (Robert Livingston), Tucson Smith (Ray Corrigan), and Lullaby Joslin (Max Terhune). While on their way to Whistling Skull, a large rock formation in a sacred Native American area, the squad is attacked by a mysterious killer who commits his murders according to ancient Native American customs.
