Contra el Huracán plot
Wirpul, a young and inexperienced yacht captain, finds himself in trouble at sea along with his half-brother Candi when a tropical storm off the coast of Acapulco escalates into the devastating Category 5 Hurricane Otis. Without an engine, communication, or control of their boat, the two are left to rely on each other to survive the force of nature. As they fight for their lives in the midst of the storm, they are also confronted with years of family conflict and the tensions that have damaged their relationship.
