"RACING TO THE RESCUE! Your cartoon hero slugs his way through danger to save an innocent man condemned to die!"

The residents of Redwood Valley raise $50,000 to build a mountain tunnel for a new rail link. City boss Bidwell plots to steal the money and blame the Reno Kid. Reno Kid recently escaped from prison. He wants to clear himself of the false charges that caused him to lose his ranch. Meanwhile, the badly injured Redwood Valley sheriff hands over his badge to Red Ryder.
