Roll, Thunder, Roll! plot

"Rip-roaring thrills with the NEW RED RYDER!"

In a cattle theft, Red Ryder finds two silver ornaments that only the horse of the bandit "El Conejo" is wearing. Red Ryder reports the find to Marshal Bill Faugh, but adds that he thinks "El Conejo", a sort of Robin Hood-esque bandit, is being framed by others. El Conejo then appears at the local saloon, accusing Ace Hanlon, the owner. Red Ryder prevents El Conejo from killing the man, and arranges for Hanlon to be handed over to the marshal. On the way there they are ambushed by the men of El Conejo and they capture Red Ryder.
