Homesteaders of Paradise Valley plot

"Red Ryder Rides Again!"

Red Ryder convinces settlers to settle in Paradise Valley. Businessmen from nearby Central City want control of this valley. They propose to build a dam for the water supply and in return they want half the territory. The businessmen use Red Ryder to persuade those interested in the dam. But when the dam is complete, these businessmen organize a shareholders' meeting so that Central City can dispose of all the water. The settlers then appeal to Red Ryder, who they consider responsible for the course of events.
