"The story about St. John, his visions, and the time he spent on the Island of Patmos."
During the reign of the Roman Emperor Domitian (90 AD), who declared himself God and ruler of the universe and earth, the hate campaign against the Christians flared up. They do not recognize his divine status and are a thorn in his side. The small village in Asia Minor, where the elder apostle John has retired, is also attacked by Roman soldiers. Miraculously, John is the only one to survive the massacre. He receives divine orders to write down his visions and transmit them to the Christian communities in the Roman provinces of Asia.
