It didn't bother me. Never hold me. Personally felt almost no excitement, wonder, tension or empathy; no smile nor tear.

The structure, the anti-chronological aspect, was equally interesting, but that quickly faded. Didn't like the plot much either. Honorable mention to Pearce, who carries the film.

To me it felt like a long-winded experiment without much content.

Typical Nolan production, brother also co-wrote it, which as so often has no normal order, and ends in a mystery with twist.

In the beginning, the viewer is slowly but perfectly taken into the hazy world called amnesia. This is portrayed extremely well by direction and Pearce, partly reinforced by the opposite sequence. Besides the backward narrative style, which is a contradiction with Leonard because he has already forgotten what happened, there is a kind of surprise and doubt in the viewer that can be compared to Lenny's condition. Especially since no one seems to be trusted as the film goes on.

After an hour this is further confirmed with a number of dialogues. Everything seems to be in limbo and the paranoia is out of control. As far as I'm concerned, absolutely delicious. The atmosphere and tension only increases, with the special story about Sammy as an omen, and finally the judgment falls, the denouement in the last minutes.

Memento is a must for lovers of psychological thriller or mystery. The film can also be called sober and small-scale with only a few actors and no large backgrounds or settings, something that does not matter. Pearce in very good shape and music co-created by David Bowie

In that respect, .Memento is a wonderful film that sometimes leaves you scratching your head afterwards.

Memento a film with a good concept and well thought out. The effect is bad because it's just a boring story. The protagonist is also not very interesting. His affliction kicks your ass after half an hour.
