for me the best from the Pink Panther series. I'm going to keep it short, for me this is the best comedy of all time and actually out of category, therefore a big 5 stars and also the choice of my avatar. Too bad there's a remake with Steve Martin

Yes! This is the Pink Panther as I remember it! Nicely over the top and bone dry. What a delicious combination! The first two films in this series are clearly more appreciated, but for me this is the film where everything really comes together: the clumsy actions of Clouseau, the overwrought Dreyfus and the fantastic Cato. I really had to laugh about this, although I have to say that the third part isn't even in my collector's box.. Anyway, the fits of laughter that didn't happen in the first two films were here. Cato's first performance was fantastic. Especially the slo-mos are brilliant.

Personally, I think the over-the-top approach is what completes the concept. I can really enjoy when Clouseau tries to enter the castle or breaks into the hotel. The puns are also much better now. What a wonderful Sunday afternoon film with a great Peter Sellers and an obvious inspiration from Austin Powers (more than James Bond).

Good film in which the predecessor of Inspector Clouseau wants to take his position. Despite the plot being slightly better than the previous film, the whole remains fragmentary in nature. But many of the scenes are nicely worked out, a bit more spectacular and there is more than enough to laugh about. Funniest scene was with the drawbridge.
