Son of the Pink Panther plot

"Inspector Clouseau's biggest mistake lives on!"

It has been more than 30 years since Inspector Jacques Clouseau was able to prove the innocence of Maria Gambrelli. Gambrelli has meanwhile moved to a seaside village, where Princess Yasmin of Lugash also happens to be visiting. She is kidnapped, and because of the good relations between France and Lugash, Inspector Dreyfuss is tasked with finding Yasmin. However, he is quite opposed by a local police officer who, to everyone's surprise, turns out to be the son of the legendary Jacques Clouseau.
