Tulsa King plot
Dwight "The General" Manfredi is a mafia capo who is released after serving 25 years in prison. His boss sends him unceremoniously to Tulsa, Oklahoma to start criminal operations there. Entertaining, good quality, but nothing groundbreaking. I've now watched four episodes and it looks good. Stallone is a crook but of course a very sympathetic one. It doesn't get really exciting anywhere so far and that's a shame. Maybe I should start seeing it more as a drama.
It's refreshing that Stallone plays someone who is 75 and that was his real age (at the time of filming)
Usually actors always want to appear younger than they are. Terrified of going past their expiration date.
But, within four seconds of being told that he is already 75, he is told that he looks like 55 and that he can still get it up.
