"YOU'LL WANT TO LICK 'EM...AND LOVE 'EM!"

The East Side Kids are sent to juvenile detention after unwittingly helping an escaped convict. They learn that Danny's older brother Bill has been convicted of a murder he didn't commit. The murder was actually committed by the escaped convict leaving them in jail. They decide to escape and prove Bill's innocence.
