"You Won't Know Whether To Kiss 'Em... Or Kill 'Em!"

After police officer McGowan evicted them from their clubhouse over noise complaints from neighbors, the East Side Kids now have no place to train for the upcoming inter-communal boxing match. To solve this problem, trainer Mugs McGinnis takes the East Side Kids to police sergeant Tom Riley, the father of his girlfriend Jane. Tom is the right-hand man of newly elected Police Commissioner James Mitchell. Gilbert Mitchell, the commissioner's son, overhears Tom's conversation and, being attracted to Jane, offers to discuss the issue with his father.
