Block Busters plot

"Muggs must fight a new French kid who has just moved into the neighborhood."

Jean, a wealthy French boy, comes to live in a new neighborhood. Muggs and the rest of the neighborhood kids aren't too happy about his arrival. The intention of Jean's nanny is that he becomes a 'normal' child in this neighborhood. She asks Muggs and his friends to teach Jean American games and invite him to their baseball team. Muggs likes this a lot at first, but later kicks Jean out of the team for showing off a lot. The nanny then stands up for Jean and tells the boys that Jean just wants to be like them.
