"Your Favorite Gang's on a Rampage Again!"

Young Glimpy finds a necklace next to a corpse in an alley in New York Harbor. His comrade Mugs hides the found necklace. However, Glimpy's find leads to a gang engaged in murders and intrigues with a European royal family. In addition, Glimpy has to deal with a killer who wants to get hold of the necklace at all costs.
