Most people have experienced it at some point: the strange feeling when you are somewhere, see someone or experience a situation and think you have experienced or seen it before. But what if these feelings are really warnings from the past or puzzle pieces for the future? Inspector Doug Carlin is called in to collect evidence when a bomb explodes on a boat in New Orleans. During his research, he discovers that the feeling of déjà vu, which is generally thought to exist only in your head, can actually be a powerful tool.
