X-Men '97 plot

After Professor Charles Xavier, the leader of the X-Men, is fatally injured, he leaves with Lilandra to the Shi'ar Empire to heal. He leaves his students with the same mission: to continue protecting humanity from evil mutants. Even though society wages a war against them, Storm and Wolverine try to continue the X-Men. However, their arch-enemy Magneto tries to follow in Xavier's footsteps. At the same time, they have to compete against Mr. Sinister, who wants to put an end to them once and for all.
