"Frost Is Not The Only Thing That Bites In the Snow!"
A group of friends decide to take a snowmobile tour during their winter vacation. They take a wrong turn and find themselves in a storm. They take refuge in an abandoned sanatorium. The storm prevents the friends from going outside and they are happy to have somewhere to stay. But what they don't know is that the sanatorium has a terrible past and a number of former patients still live there. A deadly cat-and-mouse game begins.

I don't quite understand why this guy is putting these annoying guys down again. They are not scary or entertaining. I've been annoyed to death by them. Especially the 3 finger. I promised myself to watch them all and I did.
Didn't entertain me at all with this. Not recommended.

Re-watched again today, I maintain that this part is the worst part of the Wrong turn series!
The location is quite an abandoned hospital with a bunch of teenagers who decide to spend the night there because of a snow storm, (the lesbo scene was quite lovely)
As the film progresses, many people die.
The downside is that the teenagers make a lot of illogical choices and just scream and do nothing, the low point is : (spoiler)
If they get the chance to kill the 3 mutants in 1x by setting them on fire when they were imprisoned and then also 1 of those girls says that he shouldn't do it because she thinks that's pathetic?? While a friend was beheaded a few minutes before..
I was disturbed by this, my own fault, big bump afterwards, I also found the ending less than the previous parts, I would have preferred to see the mutants slaughtered themselves.
All in all, a very mediocre film!
