The Good Shepherd plot
"The untold story of the most powerful covert agency in the world."
Edward Wilson (Matt Damon) is a diligent student at Yale University. There he is recruited by the secret society Skull and Bones, a breeding ground for future world leaders. His sharp mind, incorruptible reputation and genuine belief in American morals and values make Edward Wilson a prime candidate for a thriving government career, and he is transferred to the OSS - the forerunner of the secret service CIA - during World War II. As one of the founding fathers of the CIA, working in an organization where you have to be wary, Wilson's idealism is soon tested by a growing sense of unease.
