Salón México plot

Mercedes Gomez is a young woman who dances with customers for money at a famous cabaret in the capital Mexico. She does this to pay for the studies of her younger sister Beatriz, who attends an expensive school. Beatriz knows nothing about her sister's job. In addition, Mercedes is exploited by her fiancé Paco. When she wins a prize with the latter, he refuses to share it with her. One night she decides to steal the money while he is sleeping.
