Lam Sai-Wing is a fat butcher whose fabulous kung fu techniques earn him the nickname 'Magnificent Butcher'. When he is accused of murdering the foster daughter of the head of rival fighting school Five Dragons, Lam Sai-Wing must race against time to unmask the real culprits. Meanwhile, a thug from the Five Dragons School makes that nearly impossible for him.
