Ibrahim Bender and his student Ostap suddenly lose a precious treasure. It falls into the hands of Nestor Makhno, who is sure that there are other relics nearby. As a result, the mafia, partisans and officers of the Red and White armies are all determined to get their hands on the legendary golden cache. Ostap and Ibrahim must surpass themselves to outsmart their rivals.
