Los Angeles 1991. Three hundred thousand alien workers have settled in the city. The natives prefer not to get involved with these newcomers. These are highly gifted and resistant to all chemicals harmful to humans, but ordinary seawater is their worst enemy and deadly. Police officer Matt Sykes agrees to take an alien man as his partner. He wants to infiltrate the environment of the Aliens and find the murderer of his previous partner.
