"True Glamour Never Fades."
Based on the lives of the eccentric Big Edie (Jessica Lange) and her daughter Little Edie Bouvier Beale (Drew Barrymore), the aunt and niece of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Raised in the rich New York climate, both ladies withdraw because they were fed up with society. They go to Long Island, where they have their own summer home, Gray Gardens, and then live without contact with the outside world. As their contact with the outside world diminishes, so does their sense of reality.
