"He's ancient, he's evil, and he's terrorizing the 80s."
The 1980s. After his mother's death, Sam Harris becomes a social misfit, both at school and at home. He becomes obsessed with a comic book that his mother gave him before her death. Sam's obsession with the comic, which is about the Bloody Man, becomes so intense that the ancient creature is unconsciously evoked in the colored pages. The monster will stop at nothing to destroy everything Sam holds dear. The boy, his stepmother and the rest of the family will have to grow closer to fight the Bloody Man.
