Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 plot

Country girl June has found her dream job in New York City and moves from Indiana to an apartment her new employer has arranged for her. But on the first day of her job, her boss is arrested for fraud and June is immediately thrown into the street. In the search for a new home, she responds to a personal ad from party girl Chloe. June and Chloe are polar opposites and Chloe tries to scam June and quickly kick out the door again. But when that fails, an unusual friendship grows between the two ladies.
