Gunsight Ridge plot

"Only One Would Leave Gunsight Ridge Alive!"

A stagecoach containing Mike Ryan, an undercover agent for the transportation company, and Molly Jones, the local sheriff's daughter, is ambushed. One of the bandits accidentally lowers his mask and is shot and killed by the gang leader Velvet Clark. This Clark successfully masks his dual existence and is also a respected member of the community. Citizens are outraged by yet another stagecoach robbery and ask Sheriff Tom Jones to resign. They agree that he will stay on if he makes Ryan deputy.
