Le Blé en Herbe plot
Philippe is sixteen and Vinca is fifteen. They have been friends since childhood and consider each other as brother and sister. When both reach their puberty, they fall in love with each other. The parents of both teens are unaware. An older woman, however, notices the blossoming love. She takes Philippe under her wing and initiates him into love, so that Vinca's virtue remains intact.
