Kurutta Kajitsu plot

The brothers, Natsuhisa and Haruji, go to the coast where they hang out with friends, water-ski, swim, sail, drink, smoke, fight and try to hit on as many women as possible. They have nothing else to do than this, and complain that there is nothing interesting to do.
