"ALL THE THRILLS OF THE COMIC STRIP!"

Heavyweight boxer Joe Palooka is approached by three criminal gamblers. They want him to cheat in an imminent boxing match. At first Joe refuses, but then the gamblers claim that they have kidnapped Joe's young ward Tommy. Then Joe finds out that this kidnapping is a bluff.
