Gutland plot
"A surreal village noir"
The harvest season is well underway. Jens, an itinerant German, is looking for work. He is hired as a farmhand by Lucy, a single mother who meets him in a pub and shares a bed with him. The mayor warns him never to sleep with married women. It turns out that Jens is not an innocent outsider but a robber with a hidden past. However, the villagers are not innocent either.
