Far from Home plot
22 years ago, Nicholas Bell left his hometown after he got into a big fight with his uncle, Charley Garrison, who raised him and also owns the local newspaper where Nicholas started his writing career. Once he left the town, Nicholas writes his first and only successful novel. When after 15 years he still hasn't managed to write a second novel, he decides to work for a small university. Out of nowhere the news reaches him that his uncle has died and Nicholas decides to return to the town he left years ago. Once back, Nicholas must battle his inner demons and face the real reason why he can't write a new book.
