The sleepy Finnish town of Salo developed from scratch in the 1980s into the center of mobile telephony. The Nokia company managed to become the world leader in mobile phones with technical innovations and fashionable designs. But the success proved short-lived. Today Nokia no longer makes mobile phones and the employees of that time have lost their jobs. Nokia designers, managers and developers share how they have worked together to make Nokia a multi-billion dollar company.
