Crowe is an ex-employee of The Agency, a government spy project. He gets a new job at a security company The Tool Shed. It is a habit for the owner to hire ex-employees of The Agency. Under him works the cunning Margaret who persuades Crowe to kill her boss. Little does she know that Crowe is still working as an undercover agent for The Agency, which wants to take over the company so they don't have to answer to the government.
