Signori Si Nasce plot
Ottone Degli Ulivi (Totò) has lost all his money to gambling and women and asks his brother Pio (Peppino De Filippo) for help. Pio is the opposite of his frivolous brother. He is known as a hard worker and the best tailor in town. When Pio discovers him with a young lady, Ottone says that it is his long-lost daughter. Pio is moved and takes the two in his house, until he learns the truth.
