"Truth, Justice and the Gambini Way."
New York teens Bill and Stan travel the south. When they accidentally take something from a store without paying, they are arrested for a murder they didn't commit. They can't afford a lawyer, so they call Bill's uncle (Joe Pesci), who claims to be a lawyer and travels south with his fiancée (Marisa Tomei). However, his talents in the courtroom turn out to be a lot less than he made the boys think.

Very nice comedy that is unfortunately a bit unbalanced for my taste. Two unfortunate boys, Bill and Stan, are mistakenly arrested and jailed on the charge that one of them has committed murder. One arranges for an uncle (Joe Pesci) to pass as a lawyer and acquit the two boys in court. Pesci gets a lot of screen time together with a young Marisa Tomei, while the storyline around Bill and Stan also seemed worth it to me.
Anyway, it will be quite smooth formula work. Joe Pesci can't help it at first and makes a joke in the courtroom, but the outcome can be guessed. Nevertheless, an entertaining film, which looked nice and Joe Pesci is nice to see in these kinds of roles.

Joe Pesci at the peak of his career and it shows in this movie! 
The playing pleasure just explodes and it is clear that largely Joe Pesci manages to take the film to a higher level.
The disadvantage of the film is that it actually lasts just a bit too long, but luckily you get several very nice scenes in return!
The highlights for me are that he is going to collect 200 dollars and of course the scenes that take place around 5 o'clock in the morning. 
I'm very leaning towards a 4, but because the film loses some power here and there, I'll keep it at a big 3.5 for the time being.

Good film in which two students are charged with murder and are assisted by a cousin of one of them. A comic court film with a simple story set in Alabama. Good dialogues and two entertaining main characters (wonderfully filled in by Joe Pesci and Marisa Tomei).
