By far the worst movie of this series. Where I found 1 and 2 very entertaining, this one was very disappointing. I managed to put a smile on my face a few times, but that was it.

too bad to see such a low average... He wasn't that bad after all.

Personally I think it's a heartwarming movie, this movie should actually be around Christmas

broadcast instead of 'the sound of music' or 'home alone'

There is not much humor in it, much less than in the first part.

But all the more loving, heartwarming scenes like the little rocks

who takes on a wolf to protect his family.

Dogs looking for their owners in the snow, James leaving his 'in heat' boss

for his 'simple housewife'...

Now that the story has been completely milked out, there is no 4th part anymore. Maybe better too

For those of you who haven't figured it out after the Look Who's Talking Too rerun, the Look Who's Talking franchise clearly had ammunition for just one rom bowl. It is not surprising that after the success of the first a copy is immediately made as a sequel, think of a Beethoven's 2nd or Home Alone 2. Both series continued after that, but none of the original cast members returned. That's not the case with this third Look Who's Talking, both John Travolta and Kirstie Alley are back, as are some of the supporting actors from the first two parts. But instead of a child, this time it's about two dogs with celebrity voices - in this case Danny DeVito and Diane Keaton. Bruce Willis and Roseanne Barr are no longer needed, the children of Travolta and Alley can now just talk themselves.

Unsurprisingly, this movie about talking dogs feels different from the previous two; Look Who's Talking Now is much more of a children's film than a romantic comedy for thirty-somethings, full of sex jokes. Look Who's Talking Now is good and mostly bland. There is some positivity in the family chemistry, Travolta and Alley are still a great couple and the scenes with their two well-cast kids are pretty okay. But when the Lady and the Tramp story starts with the poodle and the mutt, everything drops to a level Beethoven part 5. Elements from the first film - such as the relationship troubles and dream sequences - are still brought back, but the film mainly focuses on dogs and Santa Claus. Look Who's Talking Now is an innocent, well-behaved family film, which never really becomes lousy, but also never reaches the level of the - not so fantastic - first film for a second. Meanwhile, a sequel with Travolta and Alley as grandparents is still possible, but I rather expect that a reboot of the Look Who's Talking series will appear in a while.

2 stars.
