"You'll Blow Your Gasket howling at these dizzy whizzes of the racing world!"

Horace Debussy 'Sach' Jones is developing a new fuel formula that will enable a racing car to complete a lap in eleven seconds. Sach's friend Slip Mahoney, who is part of the Bowery Boys, uses the formula to win multiple races with converted old cars, allowing him to pay off his debts to store owner Louie Dumbrowsky. Corrupt gamblers try to influence the outcome of the races, but the Bowery Boys won't respond.
