Trouble Makers plot

"EVERYBODY'S LAUGHING...BUT LEO! He's on a merry-go-round with murder...ten stories above the ground!"

Slip and Sach have started a business in which they use a telescope to spy on celebrities. But the situation turns serious when they witness a murder in the hotel across the street. With the help of their police officer friend, Gabe Moreno, Slip and Sach investigate, but are dismayed to discover the body is missing. Refusing to give up, the boys take jobs as hotel bellboys and soon find themselves in trouble with the mob.
