Hold That Line plot
"They're a RAZZLE DAZZLE RIOT as COLLEGIATE CUT-UPS!"
At the elitist Ivy University sorority, businessman Morgan T. Stanhope argues that only "blue blood" students can pass college, while his old friend AJ Billingsley declares that any student who tries to work very hard, regardless of background, can succeed. Because of their difference of opinion, Stanhope agrees to the deployment of a new batch of students for the chemistry building, provided he can choose the students in question. They then both stroll through town and spot Terence Aloysius 'Slip' Mahoney and Horace Debussy 'Sach' Jones of The Bowery Boys at Louie Dumbrowski's malt shop. Stanhope tells a startled Billingsley that he has found his test subjects.
