"It was the greatest rock event ever... until the place EXPLODED!"

Relentless promoter Colin Beverly wants to sabotage rival Max Wolfe's New Years concert and sends his aides Neil Allen and Willie Loman to carry out his plan. Unfortunately, Neil and Willie have more eyes for each other, so that Beverly's plan still threatens to fall through.
