Flodder 3 plot
Zonnedael's 25th anniversary is approaching and the local residents would like to celebrate it in style. During the preparations for that party, they would like to get rid of those Flodders forever, so that they will not spoil this either.

Although Huub Stapel is the 'original' Johnny, it is mainly Coen van Vrijberghe de Coningh who was the best Johnny interpreter for me. This is also progress as far as I'm concerned and the addition of Stefan de Walle as Kees is also progress. Now Kees is quite a lanky where he used to be a smart guy, and that lanky works much better in my opinion. Also nice to see that this part eventually continued with the series, including the entrance of Hennie who plays a nice joke with son Kees. Return of grandpa, although he had died after he got stuck with his wheelchair on the train track in part one and was therefore not present in Flodder in America but a pity that the Neuteboom family is on vacation and therefore hardly appears in the film. In terms of doings, it hasn't changed much after two previous films, but Flodder 3 is still entertaining and thanks to the 'trusted' cast is just a bit more fun than part two. Also nice that 'explosive ending', which is the opposite result of the end of part one.

Decent ending to the Flodder family's films. Recognition as we know it and that is an asset. Strange that the grandfather suddenly shows up again, but come on, quite a nice man to watch. In itself a rather strange plot with that sudden fuss about expulsion. Also strange that the neighborhood wanted to "lend a hand", as if the family wouldn't kill themselves.
The chase scene in the harbor was fine. The ending was also very nice, a bit of a pull and a bit epidemic, but fun nonetheless. The way is reminiscent of the first part, only the result is the opposite.
It's always nice to look back, but of course it's not high-quality. Entertainment and entertaining at the most.

Like its predecessor.
And that is: very moderate. After the first, now dated but still somewhat amusing, part it was better not to have any more sequels. This concluding part of the film series is at least half an hour too long and rehashes the same stereotypes and clichés from the earlier parts. However, it doesn't get any better. On the contrary.
