Quite unique, over the top and special and that is certainly worth something. Nicely crazy, although in the end the crazy character was better (or worse) for me. It is a very busy affair. And just like an ADD child, you get tired of that at some point. Fortunately the film is short, the pace remains high and there is enough to enjoy, so I didn't have a chance to really get tired of it. The story is quite simple and easy to follow. Was a bit afraid of a lot of complicated and inimitable stuff. Visually challenging (again especially different from what I already saw in the field of anime), but really I didn't think it was beautiful. Although it really is a pop of color, which is perhaps the best thing about the film. Along with some very humorous scenes that made me laugh out loud.

Definitely above average worth it. Different, but not as distinctive as I expected. I can see what people think is cool about this, although I find some of the accolades to be a bit over the top in the end. Nice to see you once. 3.5 stars.

Style over substance, but what an incredibly creative and pleasant style. This is a hallucinatory roller coaster ride where the most idiotic images pass by on the screen.

As Onderhond said, this is a love it or hate it movie. An animation that goes directly against the standard film. Just as some people are scared off by a slow film, it will also scare people off by the fast images and editing. Or in both cases just put on.

Judging by the footage and trailer, this certainly didn't seem like my movie. That's why it took me so long to see the movie. But come on, give it a chance anyway. And the end result is a mix between 'certainly not my thing' and 'admiration for the creativity'. It's more admiration than enjoyment as far as I'm concerned. Fast images at a fast pace, cleverly edited with an animation that dares to play with her images. As far as I'm concerned it falls under experimental, or that's how I experience it.

So here it is: my compliments and well made, but give me another film.
