This third part

can I dream out of my head

the best part of all beverly hills cop movies

up to now.

Liked part 2 the least.

Eddie Murphy is on a roll just like in

other movies I think, with its crazy pelvis

there's more action in it too, and the story is

got much better.

Judge Reinhold is also funny I think.

I now give my grade for the 3 films:

Beverly Hills Cop (4.0)

Beverly hills cop II (3.0)

Beverly hills cop III (4,5)

I expected less from this, but it ended up being quite a nice ending to the trilogy. Eddie Murphy is still fun, but has already lost a little bit of charisma here. Axel Foley remains a great character, but was much funnier and lighter in the first 2 parts. It is therefore not a bad thing that this third part throws it more over the action bow, even though I found that aspect the least enjoyable about the first 2 films. The film is in fact full of action scenes, and most of them are well and coolly portrayed (and with the necessary lightness incorporated fortunately). The setting of the amusement park is also nice. Furthermore, Reinhold's character Billy Rosewood secretly remains the best and funniest, although unfortunately his role here was a bit smaller.

In any case, I think this closing track is slightly better than part 2, which I thought was a bit too much of a repetition of moves. At least this movie changes things up a bit. The lightness and coolness of part 1 is not achieved. 3*.
