Riders to the Stars plot
"SEE! men and equipment float in air, trapped where there is no gravity - no up or down!"
To find out the composition of meteors, three astronauts are sent into space in purpose-built rockets. The mission of the three is to track a meteor and bring it back to Earth. American scientists are convinced that meteors contain a metal that can be used in future spacecraft, so that they can better withstand space travel.
