Vegas Vacation plot
"This time the Griswolds are on a roll."
Clark Griswold and his family decide to take a trip to Las Vegas. He immediately loses his money gambling, spurred on by the dealer. His wife is entranced by casino singer Wayne Newton and is even allowed to sing with him on stage. In the meantime, their children find themselves in all kinds of problematic situations and when they visit their crazy cousin Eddie, who lives nearby, the consequences are completely unimaginable.

Even with a third (or now even the 4th time?) viewing, it remains an entertaining film and a nice addition to the Vacation series.
This was the last part of the film series since 1997, but this year there is finally a new film! I wonder if this will be a nice addition or if it could have been better with this last film. 
Part 1&2 remain my favorites and Christmas Vacation the biggest disappointment, this part is a nice middle ground!

Nice film in which the Griswold family goes on holiday to Las Vegas this time. This fourth installment in the Vacation series is a repeat of moves and you know what to expect. Varyingly bland and funny, but overall entertaining. Chevy Chase does what it does best. A narrow 3.0 stars.

And again the Griswold family goes on vacation, this time to Las Vegas. The place to gamble, and that's what Clark Griswold enjoys doing. Pays little attention to his family, but everyone actually enjoys themselves in Vegas, in which son Rusty has the nicest role after father Clark. The content is more like a repeat after four films, but it's still a lot of fun. Extra nice is that Randy Quaid returns with his character Eddie.
