"$100,000 worth of radium vanishes...three men are mysteriously killed...a corpse comes back from the dead...and it's only the beginning folks, only the beginning!"
Detective Lance O'Leary must recover in a private clinic, where his girlfriend Sarah Keate works as a nurse. In room 18 lies the wealthy Frank Warren, who wants to cure his skin condition through an expensive radium treatment. There are a number of parties in the hospital that know a better destination for the radium. Before long, Frank Warren is found dead in room 18 without the radium. Lance and Sarah are tasked with finding the radium and the killer.
