"Some guys just can't handle Vegas."

Two days before his wedding, Doug takes three friends to Las Vegas to throw a smashing bachelorette party. They party, but when they wake up the next morning they don't remember anything from the previous night. For some reason, they find a tiger in the shower and are stuck with a six-month-old baby. However, Doug is nowhere to be seen. A race against time ensues to make Doug appear in front of the altar in time.

I saw this for the second time recently with a friend of mine. Never has a film been such a huge disappointment on a rewatch. But it turns out that this film isn't funny at all. I was thinking I was stone drunk the first time I saw it. There was absolutely nothing left of that.

We both came to the conclusion that the photos at the end were the funniest.

The things hypes really do.

What was actually funny was when Tyson sang that song by Phil Collings.

Apart from that, the part with the baby was still bearable, and *Fuck This Tiger* was funny too, but otherwise, what an unfunny movie this actually is.

From a 4 to a 1.5

Now that I've rewatched it this weekend, I have to admit that I really liked the second part more than this one. Maybe because I've seen this one a few more times and the sequel only once, but still, I wasn't really into it anymore.

Bradley Cooper is delightful to look at, Zach is so weird that he is sometimes a tad over-the-top annoying, Ed Helms is decent, and Justin... well, you didn't really see much of him. I thought I remembered that Mr. Chow had a more prominent role in this part too, but that disappointed me as well.

Still, it was entertaining nonsense, even if the laughter wasn't as boisterous as during the premiere.

It's bizarre that this is in the top 250, because there's actually nothing good about it.

We see a group of friends (including one weirdo) go on a bachelor trip to Vegas, after which a number of things happen. Not exactly an original premise, but with the necessary funny situations, it could turn out well.
And that is actually where the problem lies. Some situations would be quite funny, but for some reason, the actors cannot turn the script into funny situations. Perhaps they should just ask different actors next time.

Not all situations could be funny. Some aren't funny at all. Take the whole Taser gun thing at the police station, for instance. I was convinced something funny was going to happen... and now we get a predictable slapstick comedy

Furthermore, the whole array of characters is quite annoying. The whore, the Chinese guy in the trunk, the bossy wife... None of it is really original, and certainly not funny enough.

You can see the various subplots coming from a mile away. That the Chinese were holding another person hostage, that he was going to leave his wife for that whore, ... . If you can't come up with anything original, you'd better not come up with anything at all. Unnecessary and annoying baggage.
