"The unspeakable vengeance of the crazed Baltimore strangler!"
Anthony Draco and Harold Blount own a wax museum in Baltimore. Along with Senor Pepe De Reyes, a dwarf, they are also amateur detectives. They delve into the case of Jason Cravatte, a deranged killer who kills women and then marries them. Anthony and Harold help the police catch him, but he manages to escape and vows revenge on anyone who cheated on him.
