Crimes of the Future plot
Millions of women succumbed to Rouge's disease, a condition caused by cosmetics. The discoverer, Antoine Rouge, then disappeared without a trace. Rouge's assistant, Adrian Tripod, feeling completely lost without his mentor, accepts an offer from another related organization, the Oceanic Podiatry Group. He meets strange and evil persons.
